Cometbus, published since 1981, may be America’s longest-running underground magazine. Each issue is different, some featuring novel-length prose from editor Aaron Cometbus, others filled with short stories, interviews, and art from a cast of hundreds —plus the occasional all-comic, flier, or audio edition. Everyone loves the Cometbus travelogues. (It's nice to read about being sick and miserable on a Greyhound bus, when it's not you doing the suffering.) This issue: Aaron travels with old friends, Green Day, on their Asian tour. His mantra is, "Don't be judgmental, don't be difficult, don't be self-righteous. Just go with the flow and enjoy the ride. Don't be judgmental, don't be difficult..." We can't wait to see how it turns out.
